Each Cloud* product is covered against manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use of the product.

Our promise:
If a Cloud product develops a fault within the five year guarantee period, we'll repair or replace it quickly and efficiently. Our support team works directly with suppliers, integrators, installers and end users to quickly resolve any issues with minimal disruption. 

Product issues that fall outside of this period are often easily fixed, contact us to discuss your options.

How do I use my Guarantee?
Every product purchased through Cloud's official distributor network has a Five Year Guarantee automatically included. Although unlikely, if you ever experience any issue at any time with your Cloud products then:

1. Contact our Customer Support here
2. Work with our friendly team to identify your issue (Cloud will guide you in testing and resolving your issue(s)).
3. If the issue is not able to be resolved we will guide you through the RMA process - which you can find here.
